UV aging test chamber application
Sanwood UV Lamp Weathering Chamber, also name as UV chamber, UV
accelerated aging test chamber, uses a fluorescent ultraviolet lamp
as a light source, and appropriately controls the temperature and
humidity to periodically generate condensation on the sample to
comprehensively obtain the damage of the sunlight, moisture and
temperature on the polymer material. It can make a result of damage
effects for polymer materials(material aging includes fading, loss
of light, strength reduction, cracking, flaking, chalking and
oxidation, etc.)
UV aging test chamber features:
1. Original imported UVA or UVB lamps (USA) to ensure the
comparability of test data；
2. Automatic control of irradiation energy (using closed-loop
control system, accurate and stable energy
value), comparable to the highest international level in the same
industry；
3. With spray and condensation function；
4. Comply with a variety of domestic and international testing
standards, a variety of test procedures are arbitrarily set;
5. Real-time data collection and storage: the test data is
generated and saved in EXCEL automatically, and can be exported
through U disk. It come ture nobody on duty；
6. The standard TCP/IP Ethernet interface allows users to remotely
monitor the state of the machine over TCP/IP networks；
7. The interface of touch screen menu operation control is friendly
and convenient . The operator can set the test parameters
arbitrarily and monitor the whole experiment process at any time；
8. It use high-precision Pt 100 blackboard temperature sensor and
the blackboard temperature control automatically；
9. Alarm protection function: large irradiance error, pure water
conductivity exceeds standard, too high cooling water temperature,
water shortage of cooling water tank, too low cooling water flow,
over temperature, heating overload
